Ling Yang Chang was born in 1963, Singapore. He graduated from Chinese studies and Economics from National University of Singapore.

 

His family dealt in antiques for four generations and his lifelike ceramics in his paintings is the result of this constant handling. Yang Chang also carves seals, some well known artists’ seals are carved by him. Yang Chang admires the style of Ba Da San Ren, and many of his paintings reflect this influence.
