Earl Lu

Earl began his studies of painting in 1956 under the late Chen Wen Hsi.

While keen on the technique of ink and brush painting, Earl developed his own style; painting roses, nude figure drawing and landscape; using brush and various art materials.

He travelled with fellow Singapore artist to Bali, India and Yunnan where he developed very interesting techniques to express his theory of ‘abundance’.
