Cheryl Chiw

Cheryl Chiw was born in 1970, Singapore. She is an interdisciplinary visual artist. 

 

Cheryl creates sculptures, art videos and installations with metal, found objects and iron oxide, while negotiating the invisible forces of magnetism and gravity. 

 

She currently explores the balance and tension between surface and form, and the interconnectedness of materials.
