LING YANG CHANG

Born in Singapore. He garduated with a Bachelor of Arts, National University of Singapore (1987); Master of Economics Studies, James Cook University, Australia (1992); and Post Graduate Diploma in Education, National Institute of Education, Singapore (1993). He has participated in group exhibitions in Singapore and Korea since 1988.
