Arpana Caur

 Born 1954 in Delhi, Arpana Caur spent her college years studying literature; as an artist, she is largely self-taught. She has had more than 15 solo exhibitions in India, Canada, UK, Sweden, Germany, the Netherlands and Denmark since 1975, and has participated in numerous group exhibitions in Europe, Asia and South America. The artist lives and works in Delhi.
